This year is finding me fighting the City of Cleveland's Division Of Water and my own suburb, University Heights. I launched this website to help fight the Water Department because of an erroneous bill that I, along with 2,000 other Cuyahoga County residents received.
I sure didn't wake up one morning and say to myself, "I want to become a community activist of sorts!"
But, now my other fight has been revealed.
My next door neighbor asked me {In November} if he could build a "storage shed." I said sure-go ahead.
Here is what he built;

Nice, huh?
University Heights is not exactly known for it's spacious back yards.
So, I just had to post this from Cleveland.com;
"University Heights City Council has overturned a variance granted by the city's Board of Zoning Appeals that permitted an East Carroll Boulevard man to have a larger shed in his back yard than city's code allows."
