At this point, and after more than 2 years of total dysfunction, maybe the people and the fantastic array of computers just need a rest.
Not only can't the folks at this public utility not keep up with the flood of commplaints that still clog up the ultra-modern phone system, but there aren't even enough employees to install meters.
A close friend of mine asked me how he could convince the customer service reps that he really needs a water meter installed at his newly-built house?
He did admit to me that he is pretty frightened to see the first water bill that will be mailed to him shortly.
That's because it will have to be an estimate.

Meets its claimsout of 5 starsMy wife bohugt the Wonder Wash and took it camping in the Colorado mountains. It lived up to its claim. Our family consists of a husband, wife, and two sons. Each evening we did laundry duty. It took 30 45 minutes to wash 3 4 loads and line dry them. Not bad considering the local laundromat costs us $5 per load!The only draw-back is that the stand is less sturdy than I'd like. (The youtube video mentions this too.) Luckily I'm a handy person. It wouldn't be too difficult to build a new stand if (or when) this one breaks.The actual cylinder works quite well. Very good alternative if you find yourself without power and in need of a set of clean clothes.

Yeah, we users of Apple products are sheep.' Puh.I buy and use Apple products because they provide superior user experience, cost less to maintain, etc.

Please people!! You are all scared idiots with buyers remorse. The reason people paid less is because they got much smaller packages... Prices don't just drop.. Things are taken away.. Duh!! As for buying resale: you are buying a cheap program for those cheap prices.. Not to mention people's past due maintenance fees. Stop being so cheap, educate yourself on your product so that you can utilize it correctly, and don't ruin a great thing for families that are intelligent enough to reap the wonderful benefits of vacation ownership. Cheap idiots that continue to go to presentations for freebies & not buy talking about the "steal" at the end should obviously be ignored. They are only looking at numbers (because they're too broke & stupid to ever look at what they would get) they are not looking at the amazing benefits of the bigger packages. People who are enjoying this product are too busy living their lives & vacationing with their families to waste their time doing this... Remember that owners. There are bad reviews on everything. A simple mind that can't make sense of a beautiful, complex film will say "that sucked"... Drrr... Lol! Same thing happening here. They'll be staying at super 8 while you're in a bungalow in Fiji enjoy!
