I talked to a really awesome lady, about 6 weeks ago, to try to get my 14-month old billing situation resolved. I mean it, she was a great customer service rep.
Problem is this;
No one has called back, sent a letter, or even knocked at my freeking door in 6 weeks.Did the big boss (Mayor Jackson) fire everybody there? (I do mean everybody!)
What gives? You're not experiencing a little problem like this now, are you?
